Equipment and product orders are governed by the contract and quotation in force for that order. Returns, replacements and refunds for stocked product items are handled through the order desk: xiamen@sharingcn.com. Custom and project equipment (lines, custom machines, made-to-order items) follows the acceptance and warranty terms of its contract. We respond to every request with a written position — no silent denials.
